Victor is an accomplished advisor with over 10 years of experience in driving transformative change for clients across multiple industries. Specializing in finance, accounting, organizational transformation, and M&A, he has a proven track record of leading complex initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Before joining AlixPartners, Victor began his career on BlackRock’s strategic planning team, where he led technology strategic planning and integration efforts. He then worked at McKinsey, advising clients on a broad spectrum of topics, including strategy, operations, and transformation.

Victor has led large-scale transformations, including managing the Transformation Management Office for a regional consumer bank with $5B+ in revenue. This involved overseeing 7+ workstreams and 30+ initiatives focused on salesforce effectiveness, branch digitalization, spans & layers, and operating model design. Additionally, he led efficiency transformation programs for a global investment bank, identifying $300M+ in net income opportunities through productivity improvements and ~$150M through automation initiatives.

He has also managed post-merger integration for a global investment bank and a European asset manager, designing target operating models, KPIs, and capturing major synergies (~$600M). Victor's experience also extends to leading opportunity diagnostics for various companies, including fintech and wealth management firms, identifying multimillion-dollar EBITDA growth opportunities through strategies such as cross-selling, product optimization, and Go-To-Market strategies.

In addition, Victor played a key role in the technology integration of BlackRock’s acquisition of MGPA (private equity real estate fund), designing organizational structures, functional mapping, and integration roadmaps to align people, processes, and systems.
