With a strong focus on private equity, automotive and manufacturing industries, Philipp specializes in (IT) - cost optimization, target operating model design, business case development and large-scale digital transformations. Additionally, he has gained valuable experience in top-line value creation, revenue growth and pricing strategies to support profitability improvements.
Among his achievements, Philipp helped a private equity-owned portfolio company identify and implement performance improvement levers, resulting in a 26% EBITDA increase and significant enterprise value growth.
Prior to his current role, Philipp worked as a manager at Simon-Kucher and Accenture. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Munich Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ulm.
