Philipp has more than 10 years of experience in strategy, transformation and performance improvement, helping global corporations and private equity portfolio companies unlock value and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
He combines strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset, partnering with executive leadership teams to lead complex transformation programs from strategy through implementation. Throughout his career, he has taken on leadership roles during critical transformation phases, bringing structure to complex situations and ensuring measurable results.
With a strong focus on private equity, technology-enabled businesses and industrial companies, Philipp specializes in enterprise transformation, performance improvement, value creation, operating model design, transformation governance and large-scale business and digital transformations. He also brings experience in commercial excellence, pricing, revenue growth and EBITDA improvement initiatives.
Among his achievements, Philipp supported a private equity portfolio company in identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives that unlocked up to 26% EBITDA improvement potential and significantly increased enterprise value. He has also led large-scale transformation and value creation programs, operating model redesigns, post-merger integrations and enterprise-wide performance improvement initiatives for global organizations.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Philipp worked at Simon-Kucher and Accenture. He holds a Master's degree in International Business from Munich Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ulm.
