Oscar has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience leading digital, data, and technology transformations for corporate and Private Equity clients. His work focuses on aligning technology capabilities with business strategy to drive operational efficiency, accelerate growth, and unlock value creation.
Oscar has extensive experience across the M&A transaction lifecycle, including technology due diligence, carve-out planning, and post-merger integration. He also advises organizations on operating model transformation, ERP transformation, and cost optimization initiatives that enhance performance and scalability.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Oscar was a Director at Alvarez and Marsal’s PEPI practice, where he led projects from diligence through merger integration execution. Before that, he was a Principal at Kearney’s Digital and Analytics practice, where he led large-scale digital transformations across multiple industries including consumer goods, and financial services. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Amadeus, Merrill Lynch, and Accenture.
