Dan works with client leadership teams to drive rapid improvements in operational efficiency and margin. He has more than 15 years of experience developing and executing operational/distribution transformations, merger integration, and sales strategy. His industry experience includes retail, packaging, logistics, and supply chain/distribution.
Before joining AlixPartners, Dan was a consultant at Accenture Strategy. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
