Larry has more than 25 years of experience in corporate crisis management and restructuring—fields in which he has led projects to increase EBITDA, working capital, and the cash flow of corporations both within and outside formal restructuring proceedings. His primary industries of deep expertise are retail, restaurants, consumer goods, apparel, and packaging. Prior to rejoining AlixPartners, he was an operating partner in the area of private equity.
Larry has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Princeton University.
