Nenad has more than 20 years of global industry and consulting experience in developing and leading transformational programs that drive profitability, in developing inorganic growth strategies, in conducting commercial and operational due diligences, in establishing new ventures, and in improving the performance of engineering and procurement organizations.
He has extensive experience in software, tech-enabled business services and platforms, ITOs / BPOs, telco carriers, private equity and sovereign wealth funds, automotive, and industrials. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a director at PwC, a cost transformation manager at Mercedes-Benz, and a senior associate in the restructuring practice at Droege & Comp.
Nenad has a master’s degree in electrical engineering and business administration from Darmstadt University of Technology.
