SUMMARY
Ryan has nine years of industry experience at Medtronic, developing strategic project plans and analytics and leading the execution of significant operations transformation projects to optimize global manufacturing footprint and process capabilities. He has led key product transfers within the global footprint and out to contract manufacturers. Ryan has experience with acquisition diligence, cost of goods with capex and expense financial modeling, and integration execution post-close. Ryan started his career as an industrial engineer in new product development and is familiar with product launches and lean manufacturing concepts.
Ryan holds his Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA. He holds both a PMP and EIT license.
