Randall serves as co-lead of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice and sits on the Management Committee of the Turnaround and Restructuring practice within the Americas.

With over 30 years of experience, Randall has established himself as a leading advisor in large-scale complex corporate transformations and restructurings. He has successfully guided some of the largest and most complex bankruptcies and restructurings in recent history, working across numerous industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, specialty manufacturing, and transportation sectors. Whether serving as a senior advisor or interim executive officer, Randall advises boards of directors, management teams, equity sponsors, and creditor constituents in stabilizing, transforming, and rebuilding enterprise value for underperforming or distressed companies. His hallmark is building consensus among competing stakeholder interests to achieve value-maximizing outcomes, even in the most contentious situations.

Randall's expertise has been consistently recognized. He was named Global Consultant of the Year by Global M&A Network, inducted as an honorary member into the Turnaround, Restructuring and Distressed Investing Industry Hall of Fame by the Turnaround Management Association, and received both the M&A Advisor Leadership Award from M&A Advisor and the Global Restructuring Consultant Award from the Global M&A Network. He previously served as President and Chairman of both the Turnaround Management Association and the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals. He holds credentials as a Certified Turnaround Professional and Certified Public Accountant, and is a Fellow of both the American College of Bankruptcy (where he previously served as Regent) and the International Insolvency Institute.

Beyond his professional work, Randall is committed to strengthening communities. He has supported organizations including Save the Children, GreaterNY, UJA Federation of New York, and New York Pet Rescue, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Jewish Museum of New York.
