Key Engagements:
- Served as Chief Restructuring Officer or other similar executive roles for Caesars Entertainment Operating Co., Constellis and RSL Communications.
- Served as a senior advisor to Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Hexion Corp., Momentive Performance Materials, Delphi Corp., Travelport, CWT and USAirways.
- Led resolution of The Children's Place's underperforming subsidiary, The Disney Store chain through to its disposition back to Disney, resulting in significant value inuring back to the parent.
Randall previously served as President, Chairman of the Turnaround Management Association, and President of the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals. He is also a Fellow and Regent in the American College of Bankruptcy and a fellow of the International Insolvency Institute. Randall is an alumnus of Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management where he earned an MBA with an emphasis in finance and the University of the Pacific where he earned an undergraduate degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting.
Among the many recognitions for his work, Randall was recognized as Global Consultant of the Year by M&A Network and inducted as an honorary member into the Turnaround, Restructuring and Distressed Investing Industry Hall of Fame. He also played a central in successful transformations and restructurings of companies recognized by various industry organizations.
Randall’s passion for making a meaningful impact extends beyond the business realm. Randall has actively contributed to non-profit organizations such a Save the Children, Greater NY, UJA NY, and NY Pet Rescue. His belief in strengthening communities and encouraging others to invest in the betterment of society is reflected in his dedication to social responsibility and community enrichment.
