Annette Goodfellow helps executive teams transform how their organizations operate, connecting business strategy with operating-model design, organization effectiveness, and HR and talent strategy. A former CEO and founder, she brings an owner’s perspective to complex transformations: balancing business ambition with the practical decisions and execution required to deliver results.

Annette works across industries with companies navigating growth, performance improvement, and organizational change. Her experience includes designing future-state operating models, developing talent and workforce strategies, and leading large, cross-functional transformation teams. Increasingly, her work also addresses the organizational and workforce implications of AI—helping leaders connect changes in technology with how work gets done and the capabilities their businesses need.

Her approach extends beyond the design. She works closely with executives to align leadership, clarify accountabilities, and embed change into implementation so clients can sustain improvements after an engagement ends. Her experience includes leading a North American transformation involving more than 25 consultants across 10 workstreams, as well as developing talent strategies and operating models for private equity-backed businesses.

Before joining AlixPartners, Annette worked at Bain & Company and founded Wellington Fragrance, which she grew into an international online wholesale business before a successful sale to private investors. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
