She focuses on solving complex business problems and transforming organizations to meet changing customer needs. In addition to her roles as Fortune 500 chief marketing officer and chief strategy officer, Kristina has expertise in product development, commercial operations, supply chain, and postmerger integration. She has led cost-reduction and postmerger integration efforts in the aerospace and defense industry as well as global marketing organizations, overseeing product strategy and go to market for medical devices and life sciences tools.
