Connor is a hands-on advisor with a record of helping investors, operators, and management teams design and implement step-change performance improvements.
Specializing in leading value creation programs for portfolio companies and public corporations ranging in size from $300M to $15B, Connor has served as an advisor and operator drawing on experience in SG&A optimization, operating model design, 4-wall margin improvement, labor excellence & efficiency, operational due diligence, and transformation/integration management leadership.
Prior to rejoining AlixPartners, Connor worked in private equity as an operating executive for TSG Consumer Partners; where he drove value creation plans in healthcare, consumer products & services, and TMT companies within the portfolio.
Connor has an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and served as an US Army Infantry Officer.
