Ash has 20 years of experience in consulting and industry, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences and business services industries. He works closely with private equity sponsors and portfolio company management teams on value creation, complex transformations, and margin and EBITDA improvement programs.
He has deep expertise in the areas of operational restructuring, corporate finance, M&A strategy and execution, full company transformations, and SG&A simplification.
He is a hands-on operator and has served in critical interim CFO/management roles as well as an independent advisor to company boards and investment committees.
