Michael provides strategic and hands-on operational consulting including interim management services for clients in the automotive, industrial goods and consumer goods sector. With more than 15 years of experience, he has deep expertise in strategic direction setting, operational turnarounds / restructurings, inventory/working capital, supply chain cost reductions and performance improvement.

Before joining AlixPartners, Michael was responsible for large-scale performance improvement and cost-reduction programs for international clients as a Senior Engagement Manager at Accenture Strategy.

His background is supply chain management, operations research and strategic cost reduction. Michael holds a Ph.D. from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.
