A former luxury operator, Catherine brings a distinctive combination of brand instinct, commercial judgment, and operational depth. She works with companies to accelerate profitable growth, expand margins, transform operating models, strengthen procurement and supply chains, and harness AI while protecting the brand equity and desirability that drive long-term value.
Before AlixPartners, Catherine held senior roles at Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co. She began her career at Schlumberger as a field engineer, spending 15 years across four continents and operating in complex geopolitical and business environments. That experience shaped the resilience, global perspective, and execution discipline she brings to transformation today.
Across more than 20 years and seven countries, Catherine has led multinational teams and complex transformations at the intersection of strategy, operations, and brand stewardship. She also brings a future-focused lens to how geopolitics, technology, AI, and shifting consumer behavior are reshaping industries, business models, and sources of competitive advantage.
She holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
