Catherine has more than 20 years of experience in leading organizational transformations, building talent and capabilities to achieve growth, improving profitability, and ensuring business continuity. She has broad experience by having led procurement and strategic sourcing for luxury brands and managing large-scale logistics and supply chain services in the oil & gas industry across volatile, conflict/postconflict regions. She has worked in seven countries across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, leading multicultural teams, steering organizational transformations, and spearheading technical change management projects. Prior to AlixPartners, she was with Schlumberger, Tiffany, and Louis Vuitton.
Catherine has an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with a major in the Oil & Gas industry from the Sharif University of Technology.
