Michael provides hands-on strategic as well as operational consulting for clients in the automotive, consumer goods and process industry. Focus areas are inventory optimization, cost reduction and supply chain transformation programs as part of strategic direction setting, turnaround management, cost-reduction and post-merger integrations.
With more than 15 years of global business experience, he has deep functional expertise in inventory/working capital management, supply chain management and enterprise performance improvement. Michael joined AlixPartners from Accenture Strategy, where he led large-scale performance improvement and cost-reduction programs for international clients as a Senior Engagement Manager. His background is supply chain management, operations research and strategic cost reduction.
Michael holds a Ph.D. from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.
