Chuck has been a trusted advisor and operator for more than two decades. He is back for his second stint at AlixPartners after serving in a senior leadership roles for several early-stage businesses, often building functions like procurement, sales, or product management from the ground-up.

Drawing insight from data has consistently been at the core of Chuck’s work, and he helped build the foundation of many of the Firm’s analytics practices of today. His experience leading client teams through transformative work spans Transportation, CPG, Automotive, Industrial, High Tech, and Financial Services companies in North America and Europe.

Chuck's relevant experience includes sourcing billions in annual truckload transportation for a variety of North American CPGs saving 10%+ via annual contract award analysis, load optimization, and transportation mode rationalization. 

He also cut 10% out of transportation budgets for a global semiconductor manufacturer through a rigorous global manufacturing footprint optimization and strategic transportation rate negotiations.

He delivered 20% savings and streamlined procurement across the MRO supply base for a large client with dozens of manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada.

Most recently he led the effort to revamp his client's real estate and warehouse footprint in Europe and the United States while also saving 30% against target costs.

Chuck earned his SB from MIT in Aerospace Engineering and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he was a Tuck Scholar. He is also a regular platelet donor to the American Red Cross.
